I think this is really wonderful! And I've been thinking about what the needs of these "new" and "learning" DMs are compared to those of us who chipped our teeth using just books or word-of-mouth / play experience. I wonder how many of these DMs are learning from streamed shows, and if the soft skills and hidden game rules to D&D are conveyed through that medium.</blockquote>
