[QUOTE="Notmousse, post: 3855851, member: 39739"] Thanks for making the point I was about to DreamChaser. If you consider the weight of an ounce of ink, in a vial weighs effectively nothing, but the same vial unfilled is a tenth of a pound. The same for flasks, an empty one's a pound and a half, but a filled one's only a pound! So all weights and measures should be taken with a grain of salt. That is of course unless it's meant to be added together, so that the contents of a flask or vial are to be added to the weight of it's container, in which case my character is very heavily overburdened now. Speaking of potions and their containers... Why aren't there more flasks (holds a pint or 16 'potions') of cure light wounds? I mean seriously, if you're going to be guzzling the stuff like it's going out of fashion you may as well toss it in a waterskin and be done with it! Of course as someone who recycles it stuck me as odd no one keeps track of all those fiddley vials and flasks left over after they've used their ink, acids, anti toxins, and potions. A single vial is a gp, and while a flask is only 3cp it adds up to quite a bit after some time. In one adventure I put down a load of 'treasure' including bunch of copper pieces, some silver, and an occasional gold piece, and a pile of 'used' adventuring equipment that was worth over twice as much (per pound and total), but the group scoffed at the veritable mountain of treasure that laid before them and grumbled over the 'meager' amount the bandit had squirreled away.
