I recently began to write up my 3rd level character to send into Iron Crown as asked to in the thread http://www.enworld.org/forums/showthread.php?t=109621 When I realized for a level 3 guy, I'm using quite a few books and would be using more but my DM said a few of the things I wanted were not available where we are adventuring and stil my character looks like this: Captain Farnir Redshirt, Privateer, Lord Executioner of Provoka, Hero of Coneria, Wolfslayer, Stout Spearman, Master of the Crystal Viper, and Artist of the Lost Tambourine Brd2/ Ftr1 CR 3; Small-sized Humanoid (Halfling); HD: 2d6+4 + 1d10 + 2 (18 hp); Init: +2; Spd 15 ft (encumbered); AC 17 (+2 Dex, +1 size, +4 masterwork Chain shirt); BAB +2; Grap -3; Attack: Dagger +2 (1d3-1, 19+/x2, melee) or Sling +6 (1d3, x2, ranged) or Tambourine of Death +6 (1d4, 19+/x2, ranged); Full Attack: Dagger +2 (1d3-1, 19+/x2, melee) or Sling +6 (1d3, x2, ranged) or Tambourine of Death +6 (1d4, 19+/x2, ranged); SQ: Halfling traits; SV Fort+5, Ref +6, Will +3; Str 8, Dex 15, Con 14, Int 12, Wis 8, Cha 15 Skills: Perform (Percussion) +8, Climb +1, Concentration +8, Decipher Script +7, Intimidate +3, Jump +1; Knowledge (arcane) +5, Knowledge (history) +5, Speak High Draconic* +4; Use Magic Device +6; Feats: Extra Music, Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Tambourine of Death), Ear to the Gorund Languages: Halfling, Common, Draconic Spell Per Day: 4/1 DC 12 + spell level Bardic Abilities: Bardic Music (6/day): Inspire Courage, Countersong, and Facinate Bardic Knowledge Checks +3 Spells Known: 0th – detect magic, light, lullaby, read magic, summon instrument; 1st – Summon Crystal Viper Equipment: Backpack, Sling, 9 sling bullets, 8 silver sling bullets, Tambourine of Death, waterskin, masterwork chain shirt, dagger, 6 sling scones, briar pipe Treasure: 27 gp, silver pearl, rose quartz Magic Items: Ventrilliquator The bard that is known as Farnir to his friends is an exuberant individual. Farnir must always be the center of attentive and has adopted the practice of adding titles to his name for each memorable encounter he has. When meeting new people he always talks first in his party and always refers to himself by his full title.
