Pretty good really. I'm not really sure if it makes up for the lack of BAB,hit points and epic feats that a pure cleric 30 would get though, (not to mention the above abomination needs good Intelligence (arcane), Wisdom (divine) and Charisma (True necro special abilities)) , let alone a cleric with Prestige Classes like Hierophant and Sacred Excorcist or Radiant whatever it is of Pelor. Also thats peak power for the abomination, after level 30 he can no longer advance both classes simultaneously, he could use 5 Hierophant and 5 Archmage levels to kind of fake it though so it could be argued that Wizard 3/Cleric 3/Mystic Theurge 10/True Necromancer 14/Archmage 5/Hierophant 5 (all the hierophant/archmage abilities spent on spellpower) with practised spellcaster twice , is the peak (Level 40, caster level 40). After that you need to advance one class at a time and you rapidly end up either investing all your feats in practised spellcaster or becoming useless against Spell Resistance. I really think the Mystic Theurge is hugely over-rated at times.
Heh, an epic mystic theurge is a fairly suboptimal build. Lets go see what the greatest abomination I can milk out of (practised spellcaster) is. Wizard 3/Cleric 3/Mystic Theurge 10/True Necromancer 14 (30th level) Wizard Casting = 3 + 10 +13 = 26 Cleric Casting = 3+10+13 = 26 Practised Spellcaster twice and you get 30/30. Hmm.
