How many DireKobold adventures are there?

Can anyone tell me how many adventures there are currently, and roughly what fraction of them are specific to some setting or another?

Thanks!

15 going on 16...

As of this moment there are 15 adventures. By Monday evening there will be 16 (it should have been sooner but I'm still running behind because of Gencon :().

Two of the adventures from Wil Upchurch's adventure path are set in MEG's Bluffside. Other than that all of the adventures are basically designed to be dropped into any setting.

Let me know if you have any other questions! :D

I had an idea, don't know what you guys thing about it. Any chance we might see old paper mods on DK? A mod that's already ended it cycle....?

just an idea,

That's an idea I had as well, one of the dozen or so I'd like to work on if I ever get a chance. ;) I guess the first thing to do is to track down the right people. I'm assuming WoTC still own the rights to all of those, though I know that SJGames has been doing some electronic reprinting.

When you say "paper mods" and "already run their cycle" do you mean old RPGA mods for settings like Living Greyhawk, Arcanis,City, etc? Because if that's what you're looking for, you've just hit upon an idea that NEEDS to be jumped on. If you could work out a way of doing it, you could have LOTS of pre-written mods at your fingertips, already pre-scaled. They'd simply need some tweaking and fleshing out.

There has been some debate about this in other venues... Apparently WOTC licenses the mods that are submitted to RPGA and pays the authors, then gets to use them for a two year period. After that, the authors can sell them again to whomever will by them, sans setting specific details. Switch some names around, the locales, and voila! An adventure begging to be published! (This has apparently happened several times.)

RPGA had about 200 mods die last year, simply because they expired, and no one will ever have the opportunity to purchase them as PDF's, download them from anywhere, nothin'... Of course, you'd have to approach each author individually, but hey! It might be just what you're lookin' for!

Will's Bluffside-centered adventure path suddenly has a lot of appeal to me, now that Bluffside itself is coming out on PDF.
