How much does it cost to stock a castle?

I do not have access to the Stronghold BUilders Guide or Dragon #295 (the one with stuff about the guide). My players are about to clear out a castle, and will probably want to know what it is going to cost to make it liveable.

The castle consists of :

One 4 story high keep, which was inhabited by Orcs, so is completely ruined inside. They will have to replace everything, including doors and the like.

4 Guard towers. One of these tower has collapsed and will have to be rebuilt, the others will have to be stocked from scratch, like the keep.

Sanctum Dome. This is the dome from the 'Interlopers of Ruun-kazai' dungeon adventure. The orcs haven't been here, so it is mostly still stocked, apart from highly valuable or spoilable stuff.

The PCs will be supplied with peasants to work the land and a few experts to help them rebuild, but the costs or supplies and furniture and the like will fall to them to handle, and I have absolutly no idea what this should cost. I'm just looking for a ballpark figure that I can give them until I can save up enough to purchase the stinghold builders guide and do it properly.

If it is a small keep with good quality components, maybe around 300,000.

If it is a medium-sized structure with "basic" quality for its rooms and such, then 100-200,000.

Just guesses, it mostly depends on what kind of rooms you have in it...

EDIT: Half that if most of the structure itself can be salvaged. Roughly. The best bet is to make it cost most of their money and just run with it

Most of their money would only add up to about 5000. I want this to be something for them to throw all their spare loot into, so I need some kind of a value for them to aim for.
