How much to improve gloves of arrow snaring

How much would it cost to add a magical power to gloves of arrow snaring?

I've got a wizard character with a craft feat and he's about to buy gloves of arrow snaring. He has the 3rd level spell war mastery from quintessential wizard which allows you to gain a bonus fighter feat for 1 round/level.

I want to add on to the gloves the feat from sword and fist that allows you to catch and throwback as a free action missiles that you successfully used deflect arrows on.

Here is the stats on the gloves from the srd:

Gloves of Arrow Snaring
Once snugly worn, these gloves seem to meld with the hands, becoming almost invisible. (They are undetectable unless the viewer is within 5 feet of the wearer.) The wearer can act as if he or she had the Deflect Arrows feat, except that the wearer catches the thrown weapons and projectiles instead of deflecting them. Both gloves must be worn for the magic to be effective. At least one hand must be free to take advantage of the magic.

The Arms & Equipment Guide has suggestions for pricing magic items that grant feats, as well as metamagic feats. Looks like the common theme is between 2,000 and 10,000 for a first tier feat, plus (I think) an additional 2,000 for each prerequisite of the feat. I don't have it in front of me though.
