I think 35k for the Eversight Ring (non-dispellable See Invis/Darkvision is good) works. As far as the cloak, sounds like it's a min of 40k (with no bonus to the reroll, in a world where you can't get resistance bonuses very easily except with Cloaks of Resistance) and a max of 90k-100k (with a +4 luck bonus to the reroll, and you can dig up other items that give resistance bonuses, meaning you could potentially have a +7 bonus to all saves down the line). I'll probably allow a +2 luck bonus to the reroll (wouldn't stack with the cloak's normal bonus to saves), and in my world, you can find other items that give resistance bonuses. So say 70k-80k.
