Lego Hero Factory for them (currently a half orc paladin and a dragon born fighter) and McDonald's Despicable Me minions for the bad guys. They generally level from first to teens everyday, with new characters. I think one player takes the role of DM and the other the players (for decision making etc) and they swap continuously throughout their playable.
