Me and my two friends first gamed together about 14 years ago. My girlfriend just recently. Me and my friends took a long hiatus from gaming with each other, about 6 years. We started back up about 4 years ago doing PBP. We wanted to create a new world to game in that we would all like. They didn't really get into the PBP game as much as I would have liked, so after 3 years of PBP, they had both stopped and finally, me and the rest of the group called it quits as well. In October we decided to make the switch to Table Top and have played every week since, most weeks multiple times. We started with a new world, directly after a cataclysm that left the world with no cities, towns or villages over a few hundred in population. We have progressed the campaign 4 years since the cataclysm, and in about another month or real time game play, the characters will have reached the paragon tier. It has been quite enjoyable. The rule for the campaign world is: Nothing has been created for the world until it is used in game play. There is now multiple campaigns going on with three different DMs.</blockquote>
