Ok, the thread has fix the bad math and bad rules knowledge problems. Now, I address the POSSIBLE problem player part. OK, OP do you have a problem player? Will the rogue player lose it when you nerf the pc? If so here are some solutions. Talk with the PP(problem player) and both of you hit the books to increase your rules knowledge. If he is a power player, and the others players are not, you may have to ask him to adjust his play style. At least until everyone at the table is good on rules knowledge and happy he is a combat monster. You can even out combat monsters by throwing non combat encounters at the group, that way the other players have a chance to shine. But jasper, he a combat monster and whines if he can't fight everything aka he does not share the table. Then you back to PP( problem player). Talk to him. Then decide if you can socially bounce him from your table. Remember no gaming is better than bad gaming.
