How to speak when wildshaped?

Is there a feat / spell / magic item that allows a druid to speak to their companions party members while wildshaped? I could have swore I saw one but I think I'm overlooking it.

Do you mean communicate?

I phrased that poorly using the word companion I think.

I'm looking for a way for a druid to communicate to the rest of the party while in wildshape form, because the druid in question doesn't want to have to come out of wildshape form at all if possible. He already has the feat natural spell to handle spellcasting while wildshaped but talking to the party is kind of limiting.

Interesting. If I cast Tongues on myself, I can't use it to speak to a cat. But if I cast Tongues on the cat, it grants the cat the ability to speak to me...
