How to un-edit

I hit the edit button instead of a quote button, and I changed what I had in an IC thread post.

Is there a way to unedit something like that?

If you've since saved it, there's not much we can do.

If you have just deleted a chunk of text and are going, "Oh, nuts! What do I do?" most browsers support an undo for text editing - usually ctrl+z on Windows machines, I think.
