The lookout said he didn't but his boss might have. They were then escorted straight to the boss, bypassing over half of the lair. The other two PCs went around the outside and found another entrance (improvised me so they could get involved) and they combined two encounters (3?) that they managed to beat, just barely.</blockquote>
