Message: <blockquote data-quote="Richards" data-source="post: 9408125" data-attributes="member: 508">During tonight's "Ghourmand Vale" session, the PCs:<ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Were drafted into fighting a group of frost giant raiders coming down from the mountains during winter</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Intercepted a raiding party of five frost giants at a logging camp</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Had our halfling rogue invisible and air walking up into a frost giant's face, where she suddenly popped back into view as she swung her magic short sword into his face, dealing plenty of sneak attack damage</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Watched as another frost giant tried sundering our half-elf paladin's +3 holy flaming burst longsword with no success (but way to waste your turn!)</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Saw the elf druid cast a fire storm spell that did massive damage to the five frost giants (one giant actually died from the spell) and whatever was buried beneath a snow mound, moving forward like in a Bugs Bunny cartoon</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Saw my human sorcerer kill the three frost giants bunched up by the paladin with a delayed blast fireball (hold the delay)</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Killed the last frost giant (the one with a halfling floating in front of its face) when the paladin charged it on his celestial pegasus</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Had the archer shoot the Huge white dragon in its left eye as soon as it popped up out of the snow bank, dealing 133 points of damage in one shot and causing the dragon to flee for its life (it's down to 29 hp!)</li> </ul>We've decided the paladin and celestial pegasus are going to stealthily follow it back to its pair, where we hope to pick up Huge dragon levels of amassed treasure; we're all linked via a Rary's telepathic bond spell so the paladin's detailing which way to go as we follow behind on horseback.So, we made the DM's life easier by more or less writing the next week's game session adventure for him: he just needs to come up with a white dragon lair, possibly with a lair guardian or two and/or maybe even a mate (who wasn't attacking with the frost giants for whatever reason).Johnathan</blockquote>
