How many powers(spells/prayers/feats/skills) would you limit each player learning?
My answer right now is 30 learned powers by 30th level.
How many encounter/daily powers would you limit each player from performing during an encounter?
My answer is 1 executed power per level.
How much damage dice should characters scale-up gain?
My answer right now is ???
My idea is that an evenly matched fight should end in around 5 rounds.
How much damage dice should monsters have?
I don't know. I do know that I don't want any evenly toe-to-toe matched monster killing a character in under 5 rounds.
How many monster hit points per level?
I'll look at the character with the highest and the lowest at-will damage to determine that.
How many character hit points per level? A little different than 4th edition. fighter gets static +12, rouge +10, cleric +8, wizard +6, custom class gets +9 hit points per level. Getting rid of rolling for hit points has been one of the greatest improvements in the game in my opinion. It is an argument killer.
