Referring to Primus as in the Transformer, the robot form of the planet Cybertron. How would he be statted? 100HD? 1000HD? 10000HD? Anyone ever tried statting a planet?
How would you stat Primus (Cybertron)?

I wouldn't, as I don't believe in stats for gods. I'm sure Upper_Crust will be able to help you, though.
EDIT: I am also not aware of the existance of a Transformer named Primus, as Primus was the name of the God of Order who battled Unicron, God of Chaos. Primus did hide within the planetoid Cybertron, and, in my personal interpretation, he awakened Vector Sigma and acted through it to give birth to the Transformer race, but I don't think Cybertron itself ever tranformed in the US/UK continuity. Unless they changed this in one of the new cartoons, which I don't care for.

Yeah, you'll definately want the Immortal's Handbook Epic Bestiary vol. 1 for statting out a creature of that size. It's the only d20 resource that could handle it.

Everything I needed to know about Primus
Here's the basics. he's the good transformer god, opposite of Unicron. he's big. really, really, REALLY big. As in, he's the PLANET cybertron.
Don't bother to stat him. He's beyond damaging capabilities. I'm aware that an epic level player can "sunder the earth" with magic, but this is beyond even them. He's the living planet.
If you really have to stat him. Keep it simple. Give him a few hit dice, and a massive damage reduction (since he is all metal, ALL metal, miles and miles of metal. Remember, hardness is damage reduction per INCH of thickness.
