I have seen a few errors in WotC and TSR products, and sometimes wish that they had beter printers. However, I think WotC is doing a better job than TSR did of editing. I suspect WotC will try to make amends to the customers for the mistake, and may SERIOUSLY want to consider better printers and take a few quality control measures. Eberron is an important release for WotC, so bad publicity is something they do not need. Perhaps they can offer a free PDF adventure or something else to regain some of the customer goodwill that might have been damaged by this mistake. As for printing errors, I remember one TSR adventure that at the end referred to how many experience points to award for a successful encounter with a bear. One problem. No bear encounter was in the adventure. Also, novels are not immune to printing errors. In some editions of the Fellowship of the Ring, some dialogue that Frodo says in Lothlorien is attributed to Bilbo -- who is all the way back in Rivendell. It got worst in the Two Towers, where Eomer calls on the guards at Helms Deep to open the gates. Unfortunately, the dialogue was attributed to Eomund, Eomer's dead father. Even great books can have errors -- although the dead men seldom tell tales. :D
