Hybrid Feats

Hybrid Feats:
1) You can't take a hybrid feat for your own race.
2) Once you take a hybrid feat, you can't take a hybrid feat for another race. You can dabble in a second race, but not a third.
3) You can't take a hybrid feat past level one without a Marrow-Serum Infusion (something from my homebrew setting.)

Once you have a hybrid feat, you can take feats that have that race as a prerequisite and you can take racial paragon paths from that race as long as you meet any other requirements.

Dragon blood (hybrid Dragonborn)
You can use dragon breath as a daily power.

Dwarf blood (hybrid Dwarf)
You move at your normal speed even when it would normally be reduced by armor or heavy load. Other effects that limit speed affect you normally.

Eladrin blood (hybrid Eladrin)
You have Fey Origin and you can use fey step as a daily power.

Elf Blood (hybrid Elf)
You have Fey Origin and you can use elven accuracy as a daily power.

Halfling Blood (hybrid Halfling)
You can use second chance as a daily power.

Infernal Blood (hybrid Tiefling)
You can use infernal wrath as a daily power.
I'm not sure how to do the Human Blood feat.

Well, you don't need a Human Blood feat. Just tell the player to make a human and pick the appropriate feat for the other race.
