As GBG states, it is more of an advanced risk game, with some other elements thrown in, such as a VP track. Also, the main capitals one has to choose, may be directly next to an enemy player's capital. But, you can't attack that player's capital, that player receives half of the end game vps. IE. if the end game vp is 40, you can attack their capital when they hit 20.

There are production buildings you can build (though you don't own them, unless you have a military piece on it (yes, someone can destroy your military piece then control that production building)). Also, you must match production buildings with power sources (fixed on the board (16)).

It seems to be a light war game. With two sets of rules (Premium (2 to 3 hrs) epic (4 to 6hrs))
