So... this is about the best character I can think of with only a hint of cheese.

18 base +6 Racial, +2 Template, +6 item, +5 Level Bonus, +5 Inherent Bonus means 42 wisdom by level 20.
This translates to a +16 bonus to:

AC
Weapon Damage
Attack Bonus
Spell DC
Turning Checks
Bonus Turns per day
The Domains I would choose are:
Knowledge (substituted for the Knowledge Domain Ability)
War
Destiny
Glory (For Sun Domain Power)
Crux feats (In no particular order):
Education (All knowledge skills)
Holy Warrior
Serenity
Battle Blessing
The destiny domain has some unusual spells. Delay Death and Choose Destiny come to mind. Delay death prevents you from dying from hitpoint damage (i.e. you can have -9874975 hitpoints and you'll keep taking standard or move actions)... and Choose Destiny allows you to roll 2 d20s for just about any check and take the better of either result.
The Ordained Champ can sacrifice a turn undead in order to substitute Wisdom for Strength for Attack and Damage rolls for five rounds, and can smite... pretty much anything... based on turn undead level (which is 20 in this case).
There's a number of other bonuses, but you get the idea.
