Creators are technically supposed to keep in contact with patrons but there is no one to appeal to if this doesn’t happen. That was seven years ago. $180 for the set of books is not an insignificant investment.Yet shockingly, Kickstarter have allowed Gary to back 697 kickstarters over that time. I can’t get behind a company that ignores complaints and allows someone who has broken their own rules to keep giving money to other kickstarters (which obviously generates them money).Terrible, terrible service as a platform is why I’m leary of Kickstarter now. With excellent service being one of the main reasons why Amazon is so successful as a platform. Amazon the company will refund you even if the marketplace seller won’t, because they care about service.</blockquote>
