Stuff before Aberrations had a much smaller print run.  But for the most part, any rare you want can be typically found for cheaper than a booster. I've ordered from them multiple times, as have several friends, and have never been burned. Bear in mind the prices for Blood War are pre-release prices. Most pre-sells tend to drop a bit once the set is released. Though if a figure has some kind of super skirmish value, the price can rise after its tournament value is discovered (as was the case with the helmed horror).
