You can get mad and say "it's all fiction!!!" but, if for example, your portrayal of orcs precisely matches ultra racist stuff said about black and asian people, that's more than a mere quirk or fiction. That's actually creepy and offensive to perfectly reasonable people, like it or not. You don't have to go to jail or w/e but you should probably reconsider whether that's what you want to go with and clarify things somewhat, maybe change things so it's no longer a precise match at least.</blockquote>
