For every other book, PHB, MM, and HotDQ I&II, and the Starter Set, I rushed out and purchased the book. And I'm happy I did, because it supported the local game stores (three different local stores, two of which really can use the support and the third is just a fantastic store that happens to be in the city I was in when the "pre"-release came out.) I had preordered all of them on Amazon and canceled each pre-order as I bought them. (Well, tried too at least --- I had to return HotDQ because I accidentally canceled Rise of Tiamat instead.)  I actually didn't cancel the Starter Set even though I'd gotten my own, since it was only $12; and in fact, bought a third, and gave two away as gifts. But this time I've decided to hold off. I'm way too busy to spend much time with it before midway through December, and I've been trying to scale down my RPG purchases. (Did get the $5 13th Age PDF from DriveThruRPG last night; couldn't turn that deal down.)  The many many reviews and previews have given me a good feel for what to expect. I'm so excited that it's being so well received so far. I can't wait for it. But I'll wait ten more days.</p></blockquote><p></p>
