Mean Cat Lady.  Left (fled) when Goverment Officals (Animal Control) started stopping by asking questions.  Left house as disaster area (6 months of Cat Crap in the Basement).3.  Young Couple (early 20's I'm guessing).  Have about 4 kids.  They clearly are living there because they can't afford anything else.  They pretty nice.However, that house (which people tell me was really nice about 5 years agoe before he bought it) is quickly being run into the ground.  There is a tree with branhces scraping the roof, the back porch is falling down (Landlord "Fixed" it by putting up plank braces), Brick mortar is crumbling, and the woodpeckers are beginning to drill into the woodwork looking for bugs (and seeming to have some success).We are beginning to look for a new house now.I have a full-time job with benefits so we can afford something much nicer.  We are just going to take our time & wait until the ideal home comes along.</blockquote>
