Correct me if I'm wrong: the "hybrid PP option" for Hybrid PCs with only one Psionic class in their makeup means that at either 1st or 3rd level, he sacrifices an Encounter Power in exchange for 2PP.

if you take an encounter at 1, you get no PP.
If you take an hybrid PP option at 1, you get PP equal to the number of augmentable at-wills you have times 2 for heroic tier.

Thats how it reads to me. As you level, you add augmentable at-wills or encounters, always having a total PP equal to the num of AAW times the AAW's tier, so that when you retrain later, you get more PP from having higher tier AAWs.

Also, if you don't sacrifice your first Encounter power for Power Points, you don't have the augmentable keyword on your psionic at-will powers.
