Pathfinder 1E I got Pathfinder today

Depending on how many people go PDF shopping at paizo.com on Thursday, though, they may have server issues. I expect their servers will get at least a nice vigorous workout. :)
I expect it to be slow. Any chance it'll be available anywhere else like RPGnow?
Like me, you probably couldn't resist the discount... if you can get the Core Rulebook and Bestiary for 60 dollars or so, it's almost an irresistible price -- even if you have to wait for an extra couple of weeks (if I bought those books at my FLGS, the total price for both would be 80-90 euros, i.e. about 100-120 dollars). Librarians don't get paid well around here, so I have to save every cent I can to afford all the 'Council of Thieves' books, Gamemaster's Guide, GM's Screen and the rest of the amazing upcoming Paizo products.
That was my thinking. I wanted to save money. What was I thinking?lol

Let's assume the reader is not aware of how these things are different from 3.5 and tell us why you like the changes and briefly explain what they are. :D

Sorry Crothian.

Power attack requires you to take -1 penalty and you +2 damage. If you're wielding a 2-h weapon or have a natural weapon that gives you 1 1/2 Str, you get an additional 50% on top so now you're -1/+3. If you're wielding an off hand weapon or have an off-hand attack that gives you 1/2 Str bonus, then you lose 50% benefit, so attacking with an offhand weapon only gives you 1 for 1 on Power Attack. At +4 BAB and every +4 thereafter, you have to take another -1 penalty, but get another +1, +2, or +3. So an 8th level fighter with a +8 BAB and Power Attack has to take a -3 penalty, but if they're wielding a greatsword, they get +9 damage if they hit. -3 for +9? Heck yeah!! Some gamers may think that's a little too power-gamey, but that's the way I like it.

I actually read from a blog that the original playtest for 3.5 (what little there was) was going to make Power Attack very similar to this.

For Paladins, they've added a mercy ability that allows them to remove bad conditions and as they go up in levels, they can remove more bad conditions like paralysis, blindness, deafness, stunned, and so on. So they turned the Paladin into the Healer class somewhat (from the Miniatures Handbook if you have that). This is cool as Paladins have always been pretty much my favorite class in every edition.
