And the money was really pretty good. But it turns out that Rasyr intended to hire us full time, to actually work in the Charlottesville offices working on a new HARP setting. Gez jumped at the chance, and I knew he was from Europe somewhere. He moved to Charlottesville to begin working on the new project. So, initially everything was fine, because I was on some sort of vacation, and so I could devote a few days to it, but I let Gez and Rasyr know that the amount of money they were paying me was pittance to my normal salary, and I couldn't do it as a full time job. This upset Gez considerably, who felt like I was abandoning him.And at first, I was like, "Gez? Who the hell is that?  Is that some low-post count lurker?" And then I met Gez, who was this punk-ass 20 year old "kid" and he showed me his avatar (of that elf thingy) and I was like "Oh damn, you're a regular, now I know who you are!"But it didn't change the fact that he hated me for abandoning him, and we were at a restaurant, and Gez was arguing with me, and I told him that we needed to take it outside, and at first he thought I was going to fight him, and I said, "Don't worry, I'm nonviolent."
