Edge of Infinity, its the scarred lands planar book.  It's done like the Book of Planes by Mongoose which I believe you have and liked.  It does offer new planes but some of the old basics as well (elemental, astral, shadow, etc).  The new ones are close enough to the planscape versions as the Book of Planes' are.  While it doesn't have the rules for creating planes the Book of Planes does, the set up of the book is very similar, and also similar to the old planscape sets.  Each plane has a history, places, and all sorts of good information.  Sure a lot is scarred lands specific but like most scarred ;lands books it is easy to use else where.</blockquote>
