I don't have the BoED so I cant compare.I have niether Dragon 308 or The BoEM 3, but the dragon magic section is mostly composed of Sor/Wiz spells that improve a dragon's natural powers, such as Scintilating Scales, Stunning Breath, Draconic Polymorph, and Breath Weapon Admixture.The feats section has four parts: General Feats, which are usefal to almost any monster (especially flying ones or ones with reach). Epic Feats are (mostly) reproductions of feats in the epic level handbook as the Drac. has rules for advancing dragons into epic levels of power.Metabreath Feats work for anything with a breath weapon and some other prereqs, and are basically metamagic feats that only apply to breath weapons, like Split Breath, QUicken Breath, Shape Breath, and Clinging Breath.Monstrous Feats can be used by various monsters, but again are mostly focused on dragons. These range from Draconic Knowledge (like a super bardic knowledge but only dragons can get it), Snatch and Swallow, Wingstorm, Shcok wave, and Embed Spell Focus.Hope that helps.</blockquote>
