That attack came from the Harbor waters, where he swam to the Hyperion, climbed the back and was spotted... killed the sentry and you know the rest.Yeah, I can see how it might be higher than CR +2. I think if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change anything though. It was a thrilling night of role-playing, and the players left with smiles on their faces.
