Actually, that would be an AWESOME idea. Think about it. As PCs, you're like 'I know we sacked a Goddess to stop him, but we defeated Orcus!' So the PCs are all happy and stuff and they continue their adventures. In a level or so, they are targeted for assassination [which probably fails or else the campaign comes to a sudden end]. Then as they try to figure out who targeted them and why, the hear rumors. Something about a powerful evil. Something about a real hate-on for them. But as they search, they find nothing. So after a time, they continue on with their next adventure. They get comfortable again. In the midst of another adventure, more assassins. Killers just keep popping up more and more, making it so that while they may want to do this other adventure, they are forced to deal with the one hiring these killers. After some hard time, they come to realize that their true enemy is Orcus himself. They get REALLY freaked out. Why is he alive? HOW is he alive? If sacking a Goddess didn't kill him, what CAN? So they must search for a means to destroy him while at every turn, his agents are trying to stop him. This could lead up to the ultimate battle where they have finally found the means to stop him and just as they finished setting it up [or w/e; I have no idea what it might be, just saying], Orcus himself appears. Not an Aspect, but Orcus himself. This of course would be the final battle of the campaign, the culmination of everything. Do or die time. It doesn't matter who wins or who dies: there is no second chances.
