Also, some of it doesn't really make sense to me. Why Apotheosis at 10th-level? Why would they become an Outsider (Native) at that point?
Quite definitely overpowered, and doesn't really give anything up. And the text color is obnoxiously hard to read on the default dark background. It gets sneak attack and damage reduction that are useful against many things, making up for what little weakness it might have had against non-outsider enemies. Also, some of it doesn't really make sense to me. Why Apotheosis at 10th-level? Why would they become an Outsider (Native) at that point? Monks get it because of their 20-level focus on self-empowerment and enlightenment, developing their mind, body, and spirit at the expense of somewhat more practical training. Alienists and other prestige classes get it from being highly focused on either growing closer to their deity, or closer to something else extraplanar that they draw power from, generally. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Spiteful Weapon doesn't make sense; its description doesn't describe it as getting gradual improvements or anything, and it isn't described as being effective on only one weapon at a time. Spiteful Weapon's description also contains a line copy-pasted from the Align Weapon ability that mentions an alignment charge, not a spiteful charge. And basically none of the class' abilities have limits on uses per day or maximum total duration per day, or anything to really balance out the great abundance of persistant abilities the Outsider Slayer gets for free. Hated Foe is a big boost to the favored enemy bonuses against one general kind of outsider. In general, and overall, it's like an insane, munchkin Paladin prestige class that utterly lacks the Paladin's focus and restrictions. And shouldn't a lawful evil outsider slayer be able to have chaotic evil outsiders as a foe, and vice versa?
