Okay, I'm running a game tomorrow and I need some interesting NPCs to be the bad guys in my Order of the Silver Hand campaign (Kulan). I'm looking for mercenary types of roughly 10th-level to 15th-level. I need mainly bugbear and other goblinoid villians. No drow, please. (My world doesn't have drow.) Gnolls, in the campaign, are a little different, so I'd have to modify any gnoll NPCs, but don't let that stop you. I'm working on some bad guy NPCs myself, but I need to get some more ideas from everyone here, as my left shoulder (and the side of my neck) is inflamed, so typing is a bit painful (chronic condition). :( Any of the core classes and prestige classes are fine, although feel free to post any bad guy of any class. If people can keep their submitted characters fairly generic, in description, I would very much appreciate it. The PCs are likely going to head into a major war zone in the next few games, so I need some good challenges for them. The group is 13th-level and includes 3 PCs and 1 cohort. The campaign is based on the Shackled City Adventure Path, but sidetreks have become a major part of the campaign. Any villians that I use, and that survive their encounter with the PCs, will become full-fledged NPCs for World of Kulan. Altered versions will end up being detailed in my World of Kulan Thread, crediting the authors and highlighting the changes made for the campaign. The characters will get as detailed a background I can give them for my campaign, using the author's own background as a basis. Anyway, everyone's help will be greatly appreciated. Cheers! Knightfall1972 p.s. And yes, Mr. Chance, I did see your Nefarium thread. A few of those should be useful as minor bad guys in the upcoming conflict.
