I survived my thesis defense! w00t!

I've been a bundle of nerves for the past three weeks over this, but my thesis defense went without a hitch today. The open talk to the department went great and I managed all of the specific questions and addressed any issues with the research posed by my committee.

Mwhahaha! I'm incredibly happy and relieved at the moment.

Some very superficial changes. At most just the wording of a few sentences, and given that it's around 80 pages long, that's not too terribly much to change. I'd already gone through three rounds of revisions to that monster over the past month and a half. So probably monday I'll have the thesis printed up to the specifications the grad school wants for the final submission, on specific paper etc, and then my committee members sign that copy and it's all official at that point.
