All my things are suggestions, so take them with a grain of salt. 1. Change the claw dash to a normal dragon Multiattack action of Bite and 2 Claw attacks. The dragon already has plenty of movement that it can spend between attacks. 2. Change the attacks to be +7 (STR + Prof) to hit, with the bite being 2d6+4 instead of 3d4+4 (usually large creature = 2 damage dice) 3. Mention that the innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (Save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). 4. Remove the escalating DCs from Extreme Stealth. Give the dragon expertise in Stealth (+6) rather than proficiency and advantage when it is in a favorable environment. Look at the Grimlock's Stone Camouflage for an example. 5. Remove the natural 20 house rule from the traits. Natural 20 always succeeding on an ability check belongs in a house rule rather than a stat block. 6. Master of Illusion mentions needing a perception check to spot the dragon after they have already spotted it. 7. Keep it to 1 cantrip at a time. Cantrips already scale with CR/level, and the dragon would have 2 damage dice for a cantrip. 8. Hit points should be 12d10 + 48. This will make it close to a normal statblock, which should make it a little easier to run and fit more into how some 5e constructs like advantage work.
