We already know she's human. What class would she be? What would be her background? What would be her ability scores (standard array or 27-point buy)? Which skill proficiencies would she choose?
And how would you model proficiency with brooms and baseball bats?
If this is the case, I would recommend using Modern d20 for her write up.
I believe someone already made a conversion of D&D 5e into a Modern d20 5e.
I wound up making her a bard with the criminal background, and it fit like a glove.

Definitely think she also needs the Tavern Brawler feat so she's proficient in fighting with whatever she happens to pick up.
