While No Way Home was good and successfully brought back Tobey and Andrew as their respective Spider-Men, I don't think this is what the audience wants, especially one that centers on MJ more than Spider-Man. I'd guess people want Tom Hollands continuation of the MCU films. Two recent movies come to mind, Indy 4 and Beverly Hills Cop 4. Both were in development for a long time before they finally got a decent script and the movies got made. They were good, but not great. The one thing they both had going for them was that there were no other iterations of the characters in between, such as Chris Pratt playing Indy or Chris Tucker playing Axel Foley, this can't be said for Spider-Man.  Then there's always the chance that a fourth Raimi film might risk tarnishing the legacy of first trilogy, and let's face it, Spider-Man 3 was pretty bad in parts. Even if everyone involved, Raimi, Tobey and Kirsten wanted to do it, which is probably a big if, by the time its greenlit with a script, and the 3 aforementioned schedules clear it'd probably be another 5-7 years before it hit theaters.
