If you aree going  to have a lot of traveling in your game you should probably have wilderness and wastelands since it has extensive lists of encounter charts and ways to handle wilderness encounters. Secrets and Societies is wonderfull if you wnat to use any major organizations, and since at least one group is guaranteed to be in any given area it is a very solid buy. Finally if you want to use Psionics or are using a Magic heavy ggame R&RI2 should be considered essential. It covers Psionics in the Scarred Lands and has a lot of nifty rules and spells for magic in the Scarred Lands.</blockquote>
