The giant pulled the paddle back to see if he'd squashed a bug, and when he saw the Colonel still breathing, he came at him with the meat-hook. This time, the Colonel was fast enough to dodge, and the hook left a splintered mark in the heavy wood of the door.Leaving the Orc, Gimlak crossed the room to a point where he could see the giant, and he attacked his mind - selfish, slow, and mean, like much of his kin.
