Dandin & Tommi vs General Shorgg Dandin mocked the Hobgoblin General and then ran back down the stairs as his friends Tommi and Angis passed him. The general was a disciplined soldier, and he ignored the halfling as he calmly walked over to a crate where he'd left a large shield, and he patiently strapped it to his arm. Tommi slipped past the two hobgoblin thugs as they chased Dandin and were intercepted by Angis, and he hid behind a crate. Then he slung a stone at the general and was happy to see it strike his cheek, leaving a terrible welt. The general grunted and looked up sharply, catching his eye. Then one of the hobgoblin captains rushed toward him, and he scrambled over the crate as the Hobgoblin hacked at him with a large sword in two hands. He managed to avoid the blows, which struck the crate twice behind him as he dove off the other side and rolled to his feet next to the General himself. Tommi was in a tight spot: nearly in the corner of the room and surrounded by two of the most fearsome-looking warriors he had ever seen. He gulped and wondered if he'd see his mother Jynn, or Sherlen Miller, ever again. [GM]If anyone else goes before I get a chance to resolve Angis, the Thugs and Angis are all at the top of the stairs.
