Titus turned as the orc on the battle-boar struck at him with a spear, and he blocked with his shield and lashed out with his smoldering sword, cutting the orc and burning the boar.</p><p></p><p>The boar lunged at Angis, who got his axes hooked around the creature's tusks, and they wrestled about, neither getting the upper-hand for the moment, while Dandin fired another large quarrel at the boar, that went over Angis' head, but struck the ground next to them when the shifting wagon threw off the halfling's aim. Lionel jumped into the driver's seat, and got the horses under control once more as the archer on the hill above put an arrow into the crate that Dandin was braced against.</p><p></p><p>Tommi climbed up the cliffside as an orc came at him, and it threw the last of its blades into his back as he climbed.
