Stop snivelling and accept the pain you weak willed coward! This is what you wanted isn't it? You wanted power!? It brings you power, but it's not always going to be friendly is it? Sometimes it's hostile! Sometimes it comes in the form of enemies! True or untrue, borrowed power means you eventually have to pay a toll... Take that power away from you, what do you have remaining?
