I wrote these up quickly at work (without SRD or MM or anything, just from memory)

I'll edit them when I have a chance, but here they are for now.

They look pretty interesting. I can't wait to see them statted out.

They're elemental creatures, but not the traditional Ice Elemental -- definitely a great way to round out the environment.

The ability which allows them to move on icy surfaces is called "Icewalking," I believe, and you can find it described under the entry for the White Dragon.
