Iconic Halloween baddies

For our next session I am planning a group of encounters that kind of cheesed of folklore and Halloween stories. So far I have The one eyed hag. A witch who steals the right eye's of her victims and gains there powers for short periods of time. Then they get onto a river boat where they will travel upstream for three days,(help here), then they arrive in the small town of West Hollow where they find a small port/farming community beset by...You guessed it a headless horseman. So if anyone could help with the last legs that would be great. Stats would help also just for different opinions, but the plot is my main concern.

Give the hag a broom of flying and 1 level is sorcerer so that she has a black cat familiar.

Flesh Golem that runs amok.

The moon rises and wolf howls are heard.

Bats, lots of bats.

Fog, lots of fog.

Lots of bats, fog, and wolves.

People dead from bite marks.

Missing children and the only door open is the closet.

bodies of disresputable women show up, neck and body cut up. (connect to flesh golem, the person who makes the golem is named Jack).

Jack's been using a weird device that sucks the blood out of people. (people with bite marks)

Jack locks himself up during times of full moon, he hopes the golem can hold him back from killing people, he didn't realize that the golem would run amok on it's own.

Disturb an ancient tomb, unleashing the "Everliving" (mummy).
