Icons at amazon: where's the discount?

The blue dragon used to have the standard discount, and now it doesn't (hasn't for a while). The Dirzzt pack coming out also seems to lack any discount.

What gives?

Huh, that's interesting. Look at this:

Found both of them doing a search for colossal red dragon.

The discounted one is sold directly by Amazon, the non-discounted one is sold through Amazon by Kryptonite Kollectibles.
