ID This Dragon Magazine Cover?

I'm trying to identify the month/year of the cover of Dragon magazine that had a mounted skeletal warrior/knight trekking through a swamp (IIRC) with a lantern on a stick (IIRC). It was probably a Halloween/October issue.

Ring any bells?

Man, I used to have that issue. Had to sell all my mags when I moved out of the country. Talk about a nostalgia trip.
