...I was wondering some time ago if there'll ever be a "Book of Exalted Deeds" someday :)

me too! there really ought to be; it fits the pattern. :)

It is probably more difficult to think of as much stuff as the one in BoVD, but I would like to see how Monte Cook would manage that. From Vile to Saint Feats? Corrupting to Redeeming Spells? Torturing to Sweetening Devices? :)

I think Monte said somewhere that for him, doing the Book of Hallowed Might was sort of the anti-Book of Vile Darkness. If you look at the back cover of the Book of Hallowed Might, you'll notice there's a subtle joke about that on there.

That said, as far as I know, there are celestial lords, but they're much much less famous than the other planar lords (Slaad Lords, Abyssal Lords, Archdukes of Hell, Archomentals, the Oinoloth and the altraloths and baernaloths, Primus, etc). The thing is that they're not (for the most part) any different from their peers in terms of stats. Israfel leads (iirc) the Trumpet Archons, for example, and Prince Talisid leads all the guardinals.

Anger of Angels, coming soon from Malhavoc Press, will describe archangels (as well as more lords of Hell). I can't offhand think of any other supplement dealing with celestial lords.

there's also queen morwel of the eladrin and her consort faerinaal (sp?). :) but that's neither here nor there.

these guys will be doin their own thing! :)
