iDragon playlists - Dragon 355

Wes and I thought long and hard about including songs that were "album only" songs. In the end, though, if you're going to use music a lot in your D&D games, it's probably better to have a lot of music to choose from rather than just replay the soundtrack to Conan over and over.

Plus, the songs on the Savage Tide soundrack that are "album only" fortunately happen to be from really awesome movie soundtracks. So if you buy the whole album, you'll be getting some good stuff anyway...

What? Nothing from the "300" soundtrack? Tsk tsk!!

I was a bit disappointed, myself. I was hoping for not only the types of songs listed, but for some tracks of "background noise", like mumbling tavern patrons, or waves and seagulls, or a crowded marketplace. stuff like that. Does anyone know where such files could be found?

I found a few tracks on iTunes from the Ceasar IV video game soundtrack. Does anyone know how to pull the background "chatter" sound effects off of other games? Anyone? Anyone?

Thanks for all the replies and further suggestions.

Unfortunately without being able to *see* the lists, I have no idea how many songs are on them so multiplying by $.99 doesn't really work out. And I never even thought of the possibility of some selections that might only be available as part of an album.

If anyone else has any further suggestions, I'm up for them.

Thanks again.

It's not working for me (in the U.S.). However, my searching isn't showing up any iMixes, so it might have to do with my settings or else I'm missing a search option.

I did find them, but only going to the 300 soundtrack and clicking on the iMix choices that used it, going to the "Battle mix" and then clicking on "more by this user."

BTW, if there are no duplications and you could buy each without an album, it would cost about $150. I would guess that $200 might get you almost everything.

As an aside, I own many of these already and am quite glad to see "Passion" on the town list. A lot of PG's instrumental music makes it into my game mixes (Rabbit Proof Fence, Passion Sources, Birdy Soundtrack, etc.)

Thanks again.

So is there any hope still lingering for us poor cross border *Canadian* Itunes store customers to have access to the iDragon mixes?
